Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer this line from C.S. Lewis from his work The Screwtape Letters.
“A spoiled saint, a Pharisee, an inquisitor, or a magician, make better sport in Hell than a mere common tyrant or debauchee.”
Luke 12:1 New American Standard Bible (NASB)
1 Under these circumstances, after so many thousands of people had gathered together that they were stepping on one another, He began saying to His disciples first of all, “Beware of the leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy.
Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and thanks You. Bless You, for showing Your servant the hypocrisy and other sins committed against You. Your loving correction leads Your servant to bow low in humility and repent of the wickedness that resides in the recesses of this heart. Continue to sanctify and heal Your servant from the disease of the flesh to ensure the evil one does not claim a victory over this soul. With great cheer and rejoicing Your servant lays down this life for the promise of a better one to come. In Jesus’ name, amen.
If this prayer blessed you or brought you peace, please share this with someone in need.
Hallelujah, a better life is yet to come !!
