Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer this line from C.S. Lewis from his work The Screwtape Letters.

“Gratitude looks to the past and love to the present; fear, avarice, lust, and ambition look ahead.”

Colossians 2:7 New American Standard Bible (NASB)

⁷ having been firmly rooted and now being built up in Him and established in your faith, just as you were instructed, and overflowing with gratitude.

Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and thanks You.  Bless You, for protecting us from such lies the evil one would have us believe. Praise You, for placing Your wisdom in Your servant’s heart so knowledge can bring peace and understand that we can look ahead with all joy at Your coming. Your servant is so thankful for the Hope You have provided. We will not fear what lay ahead knowing You are there. Help us to show gratitude for the past and present, but also for the future which You have secured by the work of the Cross. In Jesus’ name, amen.
