You Have Been Prayed For… JOB 13:5

Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer this line from C.S. Lewis from his work The Screwtape Letters.

“He will be silent when he ought to speak and laugh when he ought to be silent.”

Job 13:5 New American Standard Bible (NASB)

Oh that you would be completely silent,
And that it would become your wisdom!

Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, Your servant praises, blesses, and thanks You.  It is with heaviness of heart that Your servant approaches Your throne of grace, sanctification, and salvation. Please heal the sorrow that has flooded the soft heart that once was stone. Help Your servant to quiet this mind and soul and lead it to rest in the hands of the Almighty. Let no unwholesome word be spoken from these lips and protect all Your children from any malice that Your servant refuses to let go of. Only by Your grace and mercy will Your servant find the righteousness longed for. In Jesus’ name, amen.

If this prayer blessed you or brought you peace, please share this with someone in need.
