Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer this line from F. F. Bruce.
“The truly humble person is unconscious of his or her humility, let alone taking delight or pride in it.”
Isaiah 66:2 New American Standard Bible (NASB)
2 For My hand made all these things,
So all these things came into being,” declares the Lord.
“But I will look to this one,
At one who is humble and contrite in spirit, and who trembles at My word.
Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, Your servant praises You. Bless Your perfect creation, Your grace and mercies that find us daily, and for being so much more than we could ever imagine. Thank You, for both teaching us humility and being the example for us to follow. Your servant prays this morning for all to become like the one spoken of here in the scroll of Isaiah, that we would become humble and contrite in spirit in such a way that we would help more souls find their home with You. In Jesus’ name, amen.
If this prayer blessed you or brought you peace, please share this with someone in need.
