Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer this line from F. F. Bruce.

“… to be united to Him is to be liberated from their thraldom, to enjoy perfect freedom, to overcome the powers of evil through participation in His victory.”

I certainly needed it.

Our Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises You.  Bless Your Holy Name. Your kingdom come and Your will be done, here as in heaven. Your servant rejoices in the weakness of this flesh so Your power can find its home within our hearts and souls.  For every victory is from You, wholly undeserved, but fully cherished for we know the cost our Lord has paid. Continue to show Yourself through our love of others in actions and words that would lead more to call upon Your Holy Name. In Jesus’ name, amen.
