You Have Been Prayed For… MATTHEW 5:5

Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer this line from Andrew Murray.

“… meekness and lowliness of heart are the chief mark by which they who follow the meek and lowly Lamb of God are to be known.

Matthew 5:5 English Standard Version (ESV)

“Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.

Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises You.  Bless You, for the examples displayed in Jesus’ walk of meekness and lowliness that lead to peace. Praise the wondrous mercies and grace we find new each morning.  Correct Your servant when pride creeps in and haughty eyes prevail. Please remove this thorn of pride that pains Your servant daily as it results in causing brothers and sisters to stumble into their own pride and self-righteousness. Help us to remember that our Lord came to serve rather than to be served. May we all imitate that in all our works, for Your glory. In Jesus’ name, amen.

If this prayer blessed you or brought you peace, please share this with someone in need.

  1. Good morning! TY for reminding us that we can be blessed through humility! In Proverbs 22:4,

By humility and the fear of the Lord
Are riches and honor and life.

    Perfectly said! ♥️🙏🏻
