You Have Been Prayed For… MARK 10:18

Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer this line from Estroff Marano.

“Perfectionism reduces creativity and innovation.

Mark 10:18 New American Standard Bible (NASB)

18 And Jesus said to him, “Why do you call Me good? No one is good except God alone.

Abba, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, Your servant praises You.  Bless You, for the grace that leads to peace. Praise the work of Your mighty hand and Your unequaled greatness.  Your servant prays for forgiveness for trying to be perfect in all ways, to the point of causing brothers and sisters to stumble. Correct the hearts that have gone astray with thinking a good and perfect work is what You desire, or that it is even possible without the power of Christ. Help us to submit the illusion of control over to You the master designer of all. Help us to allow Your perfect will and plan to flourish by lovingly correcting our desires to be like You, perfect. Remind us we are not loved for our works, but for our faith. In Jesus’ name, amen.

If this prayer blessed you or brought you peace, please share this with someone in need.

  1. Thanks Matt for sharing these pieces of gold with us every day. Some days they mean more than others….but every day they mean something. So thank you.
