You Have Been Prayed For… ACTS 8:22

Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer these lines from Philip Schaff.

“Infidels are seldom convinced by argument; for the spring of unbelief are in the heart rather than in the head. But honest inquirers and earnest skeptics, like Nathanael and Thomas, who love the truth, and wish only for tangible support for their weak faith, will never refuse, when the evidence is laid before them, to embrace it with grateful joy, and to worship the incarnate God.

Acts 8:22 New American Standard Bible (NASB)

22 Therefore repent of this wickedness of yours, and pray the Lord that, if possible, the intention of your heart may be forgiven you.

Abba, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, Your servant praises You.  Bless You, even when it feels like a desert and these eyes cannot see a way Your servant will sing Your praise. Thank You, for the trials and testing of faith that lead to a deeper relationship with You. Help Your servant to exchange this bitterness and pride for a spirit of humility and service for Your glory. Protect Your servant from bad company that attempts to corrupt good morals. Your servant repents from the wickedness deep within this heart. Your servant prays for these sins to be forgiven and for You alone to direct the steps that would exhibit to the world the love You have for Your children. In Jesus’ name, amen.

If this prayer blessed you or brought you peace, please share this with someone in need.
