Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer this line from Bishop Mandell Creighton.
“The one real object of education is to leave a person in the condition of continually asking questions.”
1 Samuel 17:29 New American Standard Bible (NASB)
29 But David said, “What have I done now? Was it not just a question?”
Our Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, Your servant praises You. Bless You, for placing in us these inquisitive minds that seek out truth. Thank You for creating us in Your image and claiming us as Your own. Please forgive our wrong questions and remind us to lean on You for all wisdom and knowledge. Help us to forgive others that do not seek truth but enjoy the darkness rather than Your light. Lead us to love them in Your way by being patient, kind, trusting, and full of hope. May all we do this day and everyday be done for Your glory and honor. In Jesus’ name, amen.
If this prayer blessed you or brought you peace, please share this with someone in need.
Yet when rebuked, even by his brother, David simply asked, “what have I done now?” He then purposed himself to do God’s work and not fear. The outcome? A miracle who’s memory lasts until even today. Praise and glory to the Lord for His Spirit and His leading!

Thanks so much for adding more context. I’m always hopeful that a single verse will spark desire for others to open His word.
We love you Barnabas. 🙌🏼❤️
