Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer these lines from A. W. Tozer.
“Aside from a few professionals, who cannot number more than one-tenth of one percent of the population, people simply do not think at all except in the most elementary way. Their thinking is done for them by the professionals.”
1 Corinthians 13:11 New American Standard Bible (NASB)
11 When I was a child, I used to speak like a child, think like a child, reason like a child; when I became a man, I did away with childish things.
Abba, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises You. Bless Your gift of understanding that comes to us through Your Holy Spirit. Forgive Your servant for holding those without Your truth and understanding accountable for their walking in blindness. Please continue to soften this hard heart and guide Your servant in the Way. Prompt us to turn to You and the scripture like the Bereans (Acts 17:11) in every circumstance. Help us to hear and listen, better yet to obey, the Word we read and the Word we hear knowing that faith comes by hearing (Rom 10:17). Prepare us to carry the Gospel as blameless and righteous children of the Most High to further Your Kingdom, honor, and glory. In Jesus’ name, amen.
If this prayer blessed you or brought you peace, please share this with someone in need.
