Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer this line from Merlin Carothers.

18 Pride goes before destruction,
And a haughty spirit before stumbling.
Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and thanks You. Bless You, for the successes and accomplishments You worked out through Your servant. All glory and honor are Yours alone for what is good. You are the standard of what is good and You alone are pure. Protect us from self-aggrandizing thoughts and prevent us from getting puffed up with pride. May our pride be rooted in You alone. Guide us in blamelessness so we may grow ever closer to You, our everything. Do not spare the rod of correction when we make the wrong move, as we know deep down it is a sign of Your love for us. In Jesus’ name, amen.

What a great prayer brother. Some of our young generation would do well to review today’s entry. Every day we see refreshing examples of Him at work in all ages but the younger folks always light up my heart. Thank you brother for your diligence and service. May your day be blessed!!
