Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer these lines from R.K. McGregor Wright.
“I love syllogisms precisely because they back me into a corner. I need the discipline of consistent reasoning because I am a sinner who needs the laws of logic to force me to face the implications of my errors. How else can I make any progress in understanding the Bible and so develop a fully coherent and faithful worldview?”
1 Corinthians 2:14 New American Standard Bible (NASB)
14 But a natural man does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually appraised.
Abba, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises You. Bless You for turning the foolishness into understanding for Your servant. Continue to show Yourself to us with each new morning You bless us with. Place desire in our hearts to do good and help our misdirected self focus to be redirected toward services and love. Grants us wisdom and understanding to see, with Your eyes, the path You have set before us. May only rejoicing come to mind as we step out in obedience to be a light for You. In Jesus’ name, amen.
But he that is spiritual judges all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.
For who has known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.
