Abba, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises You.  Thank You for this day and opportunity to renew and refresh in Your word.  Help us to make the righteous choices and to follow, not only in word but more importantly in action.  Heal our hearts from hurts and repair the broken bridges we have destroyed with selfishness and pride.  Help our souls to burn red hot with desire to follow and obey You.  Your servant prays for any lukewarm thoughts or behaviors to be met with burning hot coals or frozen out of memory completely.  Guide our steps towards Your great purpose.  In Jesus’ name, amen.
