Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer this line from Dietrich Bonhoeffer.
“Suffering means being cut off from God. Therefore those who live in communion with Him cannot really suffer.”
Galatians 6:2 New American Standard Bible (NASB)
2 Bear one another’s burdens, and thereby fulfill the law of Christ.
Abba, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises You. Thank You for being with us, always. Knowing that we who obey will not suffer if our hearts and minds are one with You. Be our strength knowing how frail we are. Help our unbelief and stubbornness. Holy Spirit, Your servant begs You to prompt us each morning to put on the full armor of God. With Your righteousness and faith to protect us, we certainly will avoid suffering. Shine Your face upon us and keep all evil out of reach so we may bring honor and glory to You. In Jesus’ name, amen.
