Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I ask that you consider this statement from François Fénelon (1651-1715)
“Most people don’t really know God. They know what they have read, or been told, but it is an intellectual knowledge that lacks true spiritual experience.”
“We don’t act like we believe in God.”
1 John 2:17 New American Standard Bible (NASB)
17 The world is passing away, and also its lusts; but the one who does the will of God lives forever.
Abba, by the power of the Holy Spirit, through and by Your Son Jesus, Your servant prays. Praise You for Your perfect way. Bless You, for giving up Your Son, by means of death on a cross, for us. Help Your servant to walk in Your way. Guide us to act on what we believe. To be more than hearers of the Word, but doers. Be our confidence and our strength. Place desire in all our hearts to do Your will. Remove our selfish nature. Aid us in being a living Bible for those that will not read. In Jesus’ Name, amen.
Thank you Matthew. Action speaks louder than words was my father’s mantra. Wise words for us all. I love you brother. Praying for you and your mother as well.

This is a wi fretful reminder for me
As I know I have faded to reading and praying
Sounds good
Reads good
But when my heart was not in it it was then I realized that though I know my Lord Christ Jesus
I too have sometimes faded to only reading and praying
The true difference is when you believe so deeply in the word
You expect the prayer to be answered
Thanks for the reminder
George

Thank you ! In James, “The effective fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.” Gods word and prayer causes us to dig deeper into who we are, then change comes, then grace!! Praise God!❤️🙏🏻
Always praying , Patricia
