Rooted Discipleship Prayer: Week 3 Day 2

Assignment:  Write a prayer asking God to speak to you, and then sit quietly and listen.  Write down anything that comes to mind.

Holy, Holy, Holy, Lord God Almighty, I know You hear and answer Your servant’s prayers.  Praise You and Your Mighty Name.  Lord, I request to hear You this day.  Speak My God, to my heart, to my soul.  Let me hear Your perfect voice.  Show me how and where I should go, and be my strength as I go.  Lord, I desire to only desire You.  In Jesus’ Name, amen.

This weeks memory verse:

Ephesians 6:17-18 New American Standard Bible (NASB)

And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. With all prayer and petition pray at all times in the Spirit, and with this in view, be on the alert with all perseverance and petition for all the saints,
