You Have Been Prayed For… PROVERBS 13:20

Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I ask that you consider who your FRIENDS are.  Are you spending time with the wise or the wicked?  Paul reminds the church in Corinth that bad company will corrupt good morals (1 COR 15:33) and therefore I remind you.

Proverbs 13:20 New American Standard Bible (NASB)

20 He who walks with wise men will be wise,
But the companion of fools will suffer harm.

Heavenly Father, by the power of the Holy Spirit, through and by Your Son Jesus, Your servant prays.  Praise You for wisdom and the Way.  Bless You, for putting wise men and women in our paths.  Your servant prayers for wide-open eyes, a boldness to speak in truth, and discernment in who we invest our time in.  Thank You for sending us Your Holy Spirit.  May we all walk in the Spirit and avoid the desires of the flesh.  In Jesus’ Name, amen.

  1. Very true advice.
Reminds me of the way my mother taught me…some people give you energy while others take your energy…along with associate with the good and not the bad.

  2. Wise words for all of us. Most have experienced a need to adjust relationships after our salvation. Jesus Freak by the Newsboys has that theme. Thank you my friend in Christ for another relevant message. Your friendship has sharpened my walk with Jesus.
