Good morning my brothers and sisters. Today, which is yet another gift, my mind is being led to the word Worthy. I can’t help but see myself in Timothy as Paul encourages him to stay focused on what he can control and not his youthfulness. Paul tells Timothy to walk and talk as Jesus exampled for us and ignore the judgement of others based on physical traits. This is wise and reminds me that we do don’t get our worth from the crowds but from Him alone. Many times I’m guilty of listening to the crowds and allowing doubt to creep in. I hear the lies that Timothy probably heard… “You’re too young, nobody is going to care what you have to say, what makes you worthy?” Well, Jesus makes me worthy and praise His name for helping me to know it. FYI – You are worthy as well!
1 Timothy 4:12 New American Standard Bible (NASB)
12 Let no one look down on your youthfulness, but rather in speech, conduct, love, faith and purity, show yourself an example of those who believe.
Almighty and Living God, Abba, Prince of Peace, hear our prayers. Praise You and You alone for all honor and glory belong to You. Hear Your servant and bless us, Your flock. Bless us with courage and opportunity to show ourselves as doers of Your word. Help us today with a right focus of why we have worth and use us to bring the Good News to those in need. Lead us and guide us in Your perfect way. In Jesus’ Name, amen.
Thank you ! Worthy , is a two-sided thought. To be counted worthy in Him , brings on humility. In the world-arrogance.

Thank you brother. 62 years have taught me that I can learn just as much from my children as I can from peers. Not sure who would challenge you referencing your youth but you’re Spiritually mature beyond many of my Christian peers my friend. Jesus shines through you because you choose to let Him. For that, we are grateful. Be blessed today and know these messages bless us.
