Grace and peace to you in Christ Jesus! The fast at Calvary Jupiter, FL came to completion last night after a great hour of worship and corporate prayer. Our hearts and souls were certainly moved, one vocalist to the point of almost not being able to sing due to the heaviness and gravity of all our Lord Jesus has done for us. It was a very tender moment. I certainly hope all that were part of this found it a valuable time of drawing nearer to God. For all my other wonderful faith family and friends I offer up prayer that you might consider a 24 hour fast to start, but a fast done with right reasons. Be quiet and wait on Him, oh the wonders He will expose.
Leviticus 25:17 New American Standard Bible (NASB)
17 So you shall not wrong one another, but you shall [a]fear your God; for I am the Lord your God.
Abba, Lord Jesus, Holy Spirit, may I never grow weary of coming before You to express my gratitude and to show You my heart. Hallelujah Lord for what You are doing in Your church and in our hearts. I confess of momentary wrong thinking and selfishness through this past fast my God, but I felt Your refreshing and filling of my spirit which was more than adequate. Father God, I pray for my faith family this morning with a happy heart, that You would bless us richly. I pray that we would do our part by seeking the truth. Lord Jesus, please soften our hearts and remove the hardness so the right desires can come forth and our work can bear much fruit for your Kingdom. In Jesus’s Name, amen.

WISDOM FROM OSWALD CHAMBERS
Much of the misery in our Christian life comes not because the devil tackles us, but because we have never understood the simple laws of our make-up. We have to treat the body as the servant of Jesus Christ: when the body says “Sit,” and He says “Go,” go! When the body says “Eat,” and He says “Fast,” fast! When the body says “Yawn,” and He says “Pray,” pray! Biblical Ethics, 107 R
