With the new year upon us, I have decided to put down in the first blog entry of the year some of what I plan to do moving forward. Hopefully this will provide some accountability and help me stay the course.
First and foremost to me is the goal of reading at a minimum of one book per week. Currently I am reading Outliers by Malcolm Gladwell. I am really enjoying it. I finished Blink his second book the previous week. I find that this is the best way for me to increase IQ and EQ by focusing on good writing and learning new things and ideas.
A few other items I will tackle in 2017 are not complaining, staying on top of Duolingo for Spanish and then moving into other courses, focusing on gratitude in all aspects of life, logging all events, and finally the ever popular fitness and nutrition. I am excited for this year and look forward to a lot of personal growth.

- Sit in silence daily
- Language studies
- Read daily
- Add small things to the list once it is mastered
